Children’s Day Camp

July 25-29, 8:30am – 3:30pm

for children completing Kindergarten – 5th Grade

This camp is FULL. At this time, we are taking names for a waiting list.

Cross Trails Ministry Day Camp at St. John is scheduled for July 25-29. This is a day camp program for children who have completed Kindergarten – 5th grade in the 2021-2022 school year. The day will include Bible studies and worship, music, games, puppets, and crafts. All campers will receive a souvenir T-shirt and water bottle. Cross Trails camp staff will be running the programming of this camp.

Camp Schedule:

8:30am – Campers Arrive
9:00am – Opening Worship
9:30am – Family Bible Study
10:15am – Morning Snacks
10:30am – Activity—Games/ Crafts/Music/Nature Activities/ Puppets
11:15am – Activity
12 Noon – Community Lunch
12:30pm – Celebration Planning Time
1:15pm – Activity
2:00pm – All Camp Activity
2:45pm – Afternoon Snacks
3:00pm – Closing Worship
3:30pm – Campers Depart

Please note:

Meals:

Every day each child brings a sack lunch for the noon meal. St. John will provide drinks.

Snacks:

St. John will provide morning and afternoon snacks.

T-shirts and Water Bottles:

Each camper will receive a complimentary T-shirt and water bottle from Cross Trails Ministry.

This cost for the camp is $30 per child for the entire week.

The registration process for parents/legal guardians is as follows:

Click on the link below to register online.
Sign in to your online account, or create a new user by entering your first name, last name, email, and creating a password (must contain at least one letter and at least one number).
Click “start application” under Day Camp 2022.
Select your camper or click “Add a Child”. Confirm information or add information on new child. Select or add any children who will be attending.
Select your Day Camp and click “add to cart”.
Complete the Forms.
Make sure to follow the pages through until you can click the “submit application” button.
Please note: Cross Trails will not be collecting payment through this online registration. St. John will collect payment and request a little further information from each registrant.

We need Volunteers to help with this Day Camp.

Volunteers ensure the safety and satisfaction of all of our campers. We could use your help! If you are interested, please contact Matt Olson ([email protected]) for more information.

We need Housing Hosts for the Cross Trails leaders.

During the week of this camp, the college-aged Cross Trails leaders will need a place to stay. Hosts will be needed from Sunday, July 25 through Thursday, July 30. If you are willing to open your home and provide accommodations for the staff leaders, please contact Matt Olson ([email protected]) for more information.
