Important Table Sponsorship Acknowledgement cutoff date information:

We welcome you to purchase table sponsorships right up to the event, but to properly acknowledge your contribution, the cut-off date is February 16th, 2025. This will ensure that your sponsorship or donation is recognized in this year’s Hill Country Wild Game Charity Dinner publication.

Sponsorship Advertising Information

Advertising sponsorship is vital in helping us raise money to support charities in our community. Placing an advertisement in the Hill Country Wild Game Charity Dinner publication shows your support for charitable organizations and commitment to our community.   The following advertising options are available in the Hill Country Wild Game Charity Event publication, which will be promoted throughout the Hill Country and at the charity event.

Graphical Image Requirements
Please supply the artwork for your ad. It should have a resolution of 300dpi at the minimum size of the ad that they are purchasing. For instance, if you are buying a full page, the artwork should be 300dpi at the 8”x10” size, or for equivalent ad space size. Unfortunately, enlargement of an image causes degradation and a loss of quality, so the file should be submitted at the requested size. Files should be submitted as a .pdf, a .jpg, or .eps file.

Full Page Ad – Back Cover: $750

WGD Full Page Back CoverThe back cover is the most prominent placement in the magazine and your ad will receive the most views.
It is important to note that this space will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Ad cutoff Date: To ensure we make the magazine publication date the final date we can accept ads is February 16, 2025.
