Women’s Retreat November 7-9

at Camp Chrysalis

“Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.”  – James 4:10

James 4:10 says “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.”  It can be challenging to be humble in a world that celebrates me and I. But if we truly want to live the life that God desires for us, it is to be one of humility. This idea is embodied in Jesus perfectly as he humbled himself to die on the cross for us.

We have all experienced times that we have come bowed down before God maybe often in times of struggle. But what does it look like to daily live and walk humbly in the eyes of the Lord?  Join us for a weekend where we will hear from our sisters in Christ as they reveal ways we can live humbly, and share stories of how humility before God lifted them up with more strength and joy than before.

As in the past, you can join us for the full weekend or just on Saturday.

The cost for the entire weekend is $135 which includes your sleeping accommodations, full meals Saturday morning – Sunday morning, and activities.

The cost for attending just on Saturday is $45 which includes lunch, dinner and activities. Planned activities include giant swing, hiking, movie, crafting, or just relaxing.

For the first time we will have a t-shirt available for purchase for $10. You can order a white or light grey t-shirt in size small, med, large, XL, 2XL (the size of these shirts seems to run a little small).

Transportation will be available, if needed, simply mark the need for it when you register.
