Important Ad and Acknowledgement cutoff date information: To ensure that your ad or acknowledgement is in this year’s Wild Game Dinner magazine we need your table sponsorship in place by February 16, 2024. If you purchase any of the sponsor tables listed after February 16, your ad or the acknowledgement will not be able to be printed in the magazine.
Sponsorship Advertising Information
Ad sponsorship is an important part of helping us support our charitable community. The following provides information about the advertising in the Charity Wild Game Dinner Magazine. Because of the success of the Charity Wild Game Dinner we have moved to a larger facility and expect approximately 1,000 people to join us for the event.
Graphical Image Requirements
Please supply the artwork for your ad. It should have a resolution of 300dpi at the minimum size of the ad that they are purchasing. For instance, if you are buying a full page, the artwork should be 300dpi at the 8”x10” size, or for equivalent ad space size. Unfortunately, enlargement of an image causes degradation and a loss of quality, so the file should be submitted at the requested size. Files should be submitted as a .pdf, a .jpg, or .eps file.
Full Page Ad – Back Cover: $750
The back cover is the most prominent placement in the magazine and your ad will receive the most views.
It is important to note that this space will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Full Page Ad: $500
A full page ad that will be placed within the magazine.
Half Page Ad: $300
Half page ad placed within the magazine.
Quarter Page Ad: $200
Quarter page ad will be placed in positioned in magazine.
Eighth Page Ad: $100
Eighth page ad will be placed in positioned in magazine
Ad cutoff Date: To ensure we make the magazine publication date the final date we can accept ads is February 16, 2024.
